What the model leaves out
The OpenCode agent is free and open source. You can bring your own provider keys, a Copilot or ChatGPT subscription, or use its free models, in which case OpenCode itself costs nothing. Go and Go Plus are optional subscriptions for curated open models with monthly usage limits. Zen is a pay-as-you-go alternative at provider prices.
Before you commit
- Go limits requests per 5-hour window and monthly usage per model, e.g. about 110 Kimi K3 requests per 5 hours on Go (440 on Go Plus).
- Past the limits you top up credit; Zen is a separate pay-as-you-go option at provider prices.
