What the model leaves out
Messages are converted at 1 message credit each (Base44's typical cost for improving a small feature; simple tweaks use ~0.5, Discuss mode ~0.3, large changes 3–4). The pricing page shows annual prices ($16, $40, $80, $160/month); Base44 states annual billing is 20% off the monthly price, so monthly prices are those ÷ 0.8 = $20, $50, $100, $200 (the page's own 'paid plans from $20/mo' matches). Free is also limited to 5 credits a day and 5 apps. No per-seat fee: invited members share the workspace's credits, so there is no seats rate. Elite offers larger credit amounts from a drop-down whose prices aren't published, so only the 1,200-credit tier is modelled. The docs mention top-up credits but publish no price, so plans stop at their allowance. Integration credits (2,000 to 50,000 a month) are not modelled.
- There is no set credit cost per message: it is worked out after each message runs and depends on the work involved and the model (roughly 0.5 to 4 credits).
- When you reach your credit limit, actions that use credits pause until the next monthly reset unless you upgrade.
- Unused credits expire at each monthly reset.
- Your app's built-in emails, LLM calls, uploads and workflows draw on a separate pool of integration credits.
