Where it fits
Lifecycle Email · Multichannel automationMarketing and automated email priced by emails sent, with SMS and WhatsApp in the same account.Trade-off: Each email tier also caps how many contacts you can hold on the lower plans, and automations beyond the basics need a higher plan.Transactional Email · Transactional + marketingA free plan that covers both transactional sending and newsletters, with SMS and WhatsApp in the same account.Trade-off: The free plan caps sends per day; its developer API and docs are less polished than transactional-first services.
